Background

Provide a full Content Management System to facilitate functions including editing of all text and images, creation of new pages and posting of latest news articles. Integrate the VisualEdit CMS into the new 'magazine style' design in valid XHTML/CSS, set-up initial website content with full statistics tracking in place for launch.

Additional functionality of the Phase 01 launch includes image galleries, latest news and online forms. Future developments in later phases to the website include e-newsletters and e-commerce.
